  1. EmailCover reserves the right to remove or replace any of the generated Files, and assumes no liability for the lost information on The Website.
  2. You are not allowed to embed the images hosted on EmailCover in other way than the one provided (using the JavaScript code). Changing the linking codes is not allowed without permission.
  3. Only Files with the following extensions are allowed: jpg, jpeg, gif, and png.
  4. The following types of Files may not be genereted under any circumstances:
    1. Files that are pornographic. This includes, but is not limited to, Files which are representing adult or sexual depictions.
    2. Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any International and National Laws.
    3. Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted images, as well as Files for which User lacks usage and/or distribution permissions.
  5. Failing to avoid generating the above file types is considered an "abuse" of EmailCover service and may result in:
    1. The immediate termination of User's ability to use EmailCover or any of its provided services.
    2. The EmailCover service to become unavailable
    3. The generated File/Files on EmailCover may not load
    4. Files are subject to deletion - prosecution
  6. You may not copy EmailCover's content or mirror any page of The Website.
  7. Files bandwidth is unmetered, however there are "fair usage" policies. Any images suspected to be abusing the service, will be deleted without notice.
  8. The EmailCover services are for personal, non-commercial use only. EmailCover services aren't for commercial use or any activity that have as a result direct sales, advertising or profits unless you got EmailCover's acceptance.
  9. EmailCover directs full legal responsibility of the contents of the files that are generated to The Website to individual Users.
  10. All generated Files are copyright to their respective owners.

Liability

By using The Website, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the owner(s) and operator(s) of ailCover from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses of defense, including but not limited to, attorneys' fees, resulting directly or indirectly from a claim by a third party that alleges injury, damage or harm in whole or in part arising from the provision by you of information from, or claimed to be from, EmailCover, or that in any way arises from your use of The Website or information provided by EmailCover in violation of these Terms.

The content from EmailCover belongs and has the copyright of their respective owners. Because The Website has no control over such sites, Users and resources, you acknowledge and agree that The Website is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
